much appreciate yes it now opens but here in Vietnam I am still beset by a difficult problem this one here. I am asking a computer consultant to visit my home to see how we can fix this issue. Some people have suggested voice attack to hold the resume button but I am a sceptic...I don't trust installing software willy nilly.. and in anycase to get a move downloaded you have to click the resume button about 5550 times. It takes about 4 1/2 hours sitting at the screen
